Judith Lunn Stewart

Judith "Judy" Lunn Stewart, 75, of Lake Charles entered into eternal rest Saturday, March 10, 2012.

Mrs. Stewart was born in Georgia, raised and lived fifty years in Tallahassee and Jacksonville, FL, and has lived the past twenty five years in Lake Charles. She was graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's degree in Etymology and working many years for Bugout Pest Control in Florida. Once moving to Lake Charles, she worked in collections for local insurance companies. Mrs. Stewart enjoyed working crossword puzzles, visiting with friends, exercising and especially loved swimming. She was a member of LA Fitness for fifteen years.

Mrs. Stewart will be most remembered as a loving wife and mother and for her relationship with her children.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her devoted husband of twenty-two years, four children, Anne Radke and Michael McSwain, of Tallahassee, FL and Vicki Nooney and Carol Lehmann of Jacksonville, FL; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two step-children, Angel Stewart of Olathe, KS and Lawrence T. Stewart of Aurora, CO and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 13, 2012 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Laura Reese will officiate. Visitation Tuesday will be from 10:00AM until the time of service in the funeral home. Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, March 16, 2012 in Tallahassee Memory Gardens in Tallahassee, FL.
