Judy Ann Carter Ingalls

Judy Ann Carter Ingalls, 59, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2011 surrounded by her family. She was a native and resident of Lake Charles.

Ms. Ingalls attended LaGrange High School and was a 2007 graduate of McNeese State University in Ad Design. She was an Insurance Salesman for various local companies. Ms. Ingalls enjoyed painting, arts and crafts, photography, and yard work. But her greatest joy was spending time with her family especially her grandbabies and great grandbabies.

She is survived by one son, Chris Carter and wife Sonya of Moss Bluff; two daughters, Kim Langley and husband Keith of Buller, Julie Carter Fruge of Moss Bluff; one brother, Ronnie Ingalls of Lake Charles; two sisters, Almira Ramsey of Ragley and Jane Myers of Lake Charles; 7 grandchildren, Kayla Fruge, Jordyn Fruge, Cody Fruge, Julia Fruge, Matthew Carter, Cullen Carter, and Joseph Langley; 2 great grandchildren, Ariel Doyle and Frank Doyle.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Orville and Christena Ingalls; three brothers, Jerry Wayne Ingalls, Orville Ingalls, and Marvin Ingalls; one sister, Velma Poole.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 13, 2011 at 11AM at Johnson Funeral Home. Brother Robert Kratzer will officiate. Burial will follow in Westlake Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will begin Friday from 3PM-10PM and will continue Saturday from 8AM until time of service.
