Funeral services for Mrs. Julia Overman Johns, 81, of Sulphur, will be held on Friday, September 3, 2010 at 10am in Robison Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Bryan Miller will officiate. Burial will follow in Farquhar Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Thursday, September 2nd from 5pm " 9pm and resume on Friday, September 3rd from 8am " until time of service. Mrs. Johns passed away Wednesday, September 01, 2010 in Carlyss surrounded by her loving family. She was met at the gates of Heaven by her Parents, Olin & Grace Overman. She was a member of Henning Memorial Methodist Church and she loved to do ceramics, sew and fellowship with her friends at the Mustard Seed. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the employees of The Heart of Hospice for all their care and love for the past two years. Survivors: 2 Sons: Lonny Johns & wife Dana, Sulphur; Michael Johns & wife Kay, Sulphur; Daughter: Diane Guillory & husband Ron, Carlyss; 12 Grandchildren: Angela, Eric, Stacey & Natalie Johns; Aaron & Amanda Bird; Raemi Bieber; Ty & Jace Prudhomme; Brittani Alford; Chelsea & Amy Guillory; 6 Great grandchildren; along with a host of friends who will miss her dearly.
