Julia Maxie Jeane

Julia Maxie Jeane was born on April 3, 2022 at 3:48 AM to parents, James and Jessica Jeane. After touching so many lives with her story of strength, our precious angel went to be with Jesus in Heaven. She passed away at 17 days old in the early morning of April 20th in the arms of her parents at home surrounded by family. 

 

In addition to her parents, Julia is survived by her siblings, Gavin Ruiz, Gage Jeane, James Jeane Jr, Keegan Jeane, Addison Jeane and Ruth Jeane. She is also survived by her grandparents, Susan and Dudley Fry Jr, Elizabeth and Stacey Terry, and great grandparents, Peggy Jeane, Ruth Christine Golson and Rose and Jack Bell. She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. 

 

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Jerry Jeane.  

 

The Jeane family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital for Women and Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital for all of their support, guidance and extra special care during Julia’s life. We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to all of our friends, family and co-workers. You all gave us a shoulder to lean on and we could not have gone through this without your compassion and support. 

 

Julia’s life here on Earth was short, but it was full of purpose. She has been a display of faith and trusting in God’s plan. She has been a symbol of community and love for us all. We are grateful for the 17 days we got to love her. She has truly blessed us with her life. We will love you forever Julia, “our baby sister”, and we will always remember the lessons you have taught us.
