Justin Anthony Porter

Justin Anthony Porter, 31, of Sulphur passed away on October 1, 2017.  He was a member of Houston River Baptist Church, enjoyed hunting, guns, fishing, and music which was a big part of his life. Justin was employed at Miller Total Clean. He loved spending time with his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Justin is survived by his wife, Julianne Landry Porter of Carlyss; three children, McKenzie, Brycen, and Jacksen Porter; his parents, Jimmy and Tiffaney Porter; 4 uncles; paternal grandmother, Annette Porter; maternal grandparents, John and Katherine Everett and Jim and Kathy Case; 4 siblings, Garret, Kaylee, Dane, and Lindsey Porter; and one niece and several nephews. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Curtis Porter.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 10 A.M. at Houston River Baptist Church in Sulphur with Rev. Lonnie Gothrup officiating. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Sulphur under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Wednesday October 4, 2017 from 4-8 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home with visitation continuing on Thursday, October 5, at the church from 9 A.M. until time of the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family.
