Kaigen Ford McNabb, 15, of Sulphur passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022.

Kaigen was a former student at Sulphur High School 9th Grade Campus; he recently began attending Parkview Baptist. He was also a member of The Open-Door Biker Church.  He loved fishing, hunting turtles, the LSU Tigers, and listening to music.  He enjoyed a good gumbo, but Oreo cookies and milk was his favorite. Kaigen had recently started working on dirt bikes and really liked his new hobby. He was known for being a well-mannered young man and always willing to help others. Kaigen will be remembered for his loving spirit and his gift of making others laugh.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother and step-father, Ashley McNabb Tisdel and Michael Tisdel; brothers, Seth Michael Tisdel, Jaxson Storm Tisdel, and Austin Trahan; sister, Hailey Bunch; maternal grandparents, William “Bill” McNabb and Diana McNabb; paternal grandfather, Charlie Breaux; great-aunt, Melissa Broussard; aunts, Jennifer McNabb, Teri McNabb, Keisha Crochet, and Leslie Mayfield; and uncles, Jeffery McNabb, and Christopher Trahan. He will also be greatly missed by his cousins, T.J. McNabb, Andrew McNabb, and Avery McNabb, and his girlfriend, Anna Gatlin.

He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Scott Trahan; uncle, Timmy McNabb; cousin, Taylor Trahan, Paternal grandparents, Randall Floyd Trahan, and Yvette Breaux.

A memorial Service honoring Kaigen’s life will be held at 3pm., Thursday, February 3, 2022, at Johnson & Robison Funeral Home of Sulphur. Pastor Vince Guidry will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 1pm until time of service at 3pm.  Those attending are asked to wear something red (Kaigen’s favorite color).
