Kathy Eileen Beatty Breaux

Kathy Eileen Beatty Breaux, 67, of Lake Charles passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014 in the comfort of her home. Mrs. Breaux was born in Ohio and lived most of her life in Lake Charles. She was a 1964 graduate of Marion High School and worked many years as a caregiver, primarily for PDI of the South and CARC. Mrs. Breaux was of Baptist faith, a devoted Christian, loving mother, grandmother and friend. She leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Allen K. Breaux of Lake Charles; four daughters, Darilynn Breaux, Danielle Adams and Katrina Breaux, all of Lake Charles and Kimberly Douglas of Webster, TX; three brothers, William Beatty and wife Ann of Thayer, MO, David Manuel and wife Marlene of Lake Charles and Dale Fontenot of Lafayette; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, Allen and Gladys Manuel; husband, Daniel Breaux and nephew, Zachary Manuel. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Friday, February 21, 2014 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Chris Fuselier will officiate. Interment will follow in Creel Memorial Gardens at Camp Pearl. Visitation Thursday will be from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and will continue Friday from 9:00 AM until the time of service in the funeral home.
