Kenneth Earl Alexander “Cotton” forever in our hearts left this world for his heavenly home on August 3, 2021, at the age of 87 in Sulphur, La with his family by his side.
Cotton retired from Guth Dairy after 29 years and always had a knack for tinkering. He started working on motorcycles which later turned into fixing family and friend’s lawn mowers. That hobby turned into a full-blown business, Cotton’s Lawn Mower, that is still thriving today.
He was a very humble, gentle, and kind man never saying a bad word to or about anyone. He enjoyed his customers and loved to joke and kid around. He was an avid LSU, Saints and Cowboys fan. He will be remembered for love of family, winning smile and laugh happy nature.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 67 years-Louella (Doucet) Alexander, son-Ray (Susan) Alexander, daughter-Debbie (Floyd) Chaisson.
Grandchildren-Rusty (Laura) Alexander, Brandi (Jeff) Babino, Kaitlyn (TJ) Martin and 3 Bonus grandchildren.
Great Grandchildren-Morgan, Arabella and Shane and 15 Bonus Great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents and 5 siblings.
Funeral services will be Monday, August 16, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home in Sulphur. Burial will follow at Big Woods Cemetery Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, with a Rosary at 12:00 PM.
