Kenneth Emory Wiggins

Kenneth Emory Wiggins, 61, of Longville, LA, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, January 5, 2020. 

Kenny enjoyed passing his time at home watching “stupid tv,” as he called it, and cheering for LSU and the New Orleans Saints. He spent countless hours enjoying the view of Longville Lake from his front porch with his beloved canine companion, Rosie. He was a highly skilled aviation structures mechanic by trade, and a gifted musician by heart. Bass guitar was his instrument of choice, though he could be found playing many other instruments when the occasion rang. He loved making memories with family and friends and was always down for an impromptu gig or jam session with his music buddies. He also loved to go on long walks with Rosie. 

Left to cherish Kenny’s memory are his wife Angela Rabalais of Longville, LA; six children, Christy Wiggins of Atlanta, GA, Lori Bise (Shawn) of Galivants Ferry, SC, Paige Wiggins of Baton Rouge, LA, Ashlie Catalanello (Anna) of Baton Rouge, LA, Waylon Tucker of Houston, TX, and Juston Tucker (Amy) of Foley, AL; two stepchildren Christian Rabalais of Tioga, LA and Ja’Nee Ganey of Ball, LA; his mother, Jeanette Hebert of Longville, LA; his mother-in-law, Sue Rabalais of Tioga, LA; one brother, Danny Wiggins of Holden, LA; one sister, Debra DeRouen of Longville, LA; two nephews, Daniel Wiggins and Josh Gragg; two nieces, Tiffany Wiggins and Faith Gragg; as well as well as 15 beloved grandchildren, Quentin Thomas, Sean Stanley, Brandon Wiggins, Shaylah Stanley, Jovan Turpin, Matthew Floyd, Mason Joseph Marshall, Kobe Tucker, Heidi Tucker, Landon Tucker, Kristen Tucker, Blakelynn Tucker, Ollie Tucker, Skylar Tucker, and Olivia Grace Ganey. 

He is preceded in death by his father, Emory Deberry “Bo” Wiggins, Jr. 

Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, and the family has opted for a private memorial.
