Kevin James Doiron

Kevin James Doiron, 67, passed away peacefully at a Houston area hospital at 5:17 PM on Wednesday, October 19, 2022.

Mr. Doiron was born July 10, 1955 in Lake Charles, LA and was a 1973 graduate of St. Louis High School.  He lived in Moss Bluff for over thirty years, until recently moving to be closer to his family.  He worked as a Pipefitter for Local 208 and traveled throughout his career.  He had a love for the New Orleans Saints and LSU football, but his life revolved around his family.  He was such a loving and caring soul, who enjoyed cookouts, family gatherings, cruising, and traveling and will always be remembered for his sense of humor.

Mr. Doiron is survived by his son, Donovan Doiron (Trisha) of Lake Charles; daughter, Aimeé Jackson (Nate) of The Woodlands, TX; brother, Mark A. Doiron; sister, Susan Doiron Caldwell (Bill), all of Lake Charles; favorite niece, Cindy Caldwell Ledet (Chris); grandchildren, Dillan Doiron, Daidin Doiron, Courtney Doiron, Vera Ruth Jackson and Emmeline Jackson; along with numerous other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty and Albert Doiron, Jr.; and an uncle, Henry D. Doiron.

His funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Johnson Funeral Home.  Deacon Harold Nixon will officiate.  Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens.  Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until the start of the service.
