Kevin Wayne Knapp

Kevin Wayne Knapp, 44, of Lake Charles died September 22, 2011 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family.

Kevin was born in Louisville, KY August 13, 1967 to William Leo Knapp and Nancy Wood Winegeart. He was a Hazardous Material Technician for PSC in the plants and of the Baptist faith.

He was proceded in death by his father. Those left to cherish his memory are his mother and stepfather, Nancy and Scotty Winegeart; wife, Mary Landry Knapp, Lake Charles; one son, William Leo Knapp, Lake Charles; two daughters, Elizabeth Marie Knapp and Stephanie Nicole Knapp, both of Lake Charles; grandson, Shawn Knapp, Lake Charles; brother, Searle Knapp and wife Becky of Hicks, LA; and a sister, Magloria Jones and husband Craig of Lake Charles.

Memorial services will be at noon on Saturday October 8, 2010 at Creel Memorial Garden in Bel, LA with Rev. Luke Liechty officiating. Cremation services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
