Kimberly Nicole Trahan-Burke

Kimberly Trahan-Burke, 37, of Lake Charles passed away on Tuesday September 3, 2019 in Moss Bluff.

Kimberly loved to be the center of attention and dance, party with friends, the New Orleans Saints, country music, water sports and basketball. Most of all, she enjoyed times spent with her children and family.

Kimberly was preceded in death by her grandmother, Betty Jean Soileau; grandfather, Joseph (J.D.) Soileau; brothers, Billy Joseph Batchelor and Randall Tab Batchelor; step brother. Hunter David Hagler; uncles, John David Freeman and James Celestine (Tiny) and a cousin, Betty Jean Freeman (B.J.). She leaves behind her husband, Ryan Burke; children, Braylon Strickland, Kaylee Trahan, Joshua Height, Kaya White, Nevaeh Fontenot, and Brayson Burke; mother, Theresa Barnett; father, Randy Bachelor; Step-father, Jeff Barnett; sister, Jennifer Deaton; step-sister, Heather Barnett; brother, Daniel Rome; step brother, Hayden Dallas Hagler; stepmother, Lisa Goodrich Hagler, stepfather, David Hagler; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Simple Traditions by Johnson Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 3:00 PM at the funeral home. Cremation will follow services.
