Lacy Allen Shreeve, Jr.

Lacy Allen “Sonny” Shreeve, 96, passed from this life on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at a local care facility. Sonny was born on November 10, 1925 to Lacy and Vera Shreeve in Goodlettsville, Tn. He served his country proudly during World War II in the Navy. Sonny was a member of the VFW post 4759 of Starks, La. He Loved spending time with all of his family.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Vickie Jackson (Pat); sons, Randall Vincent, Lacy A. Shreeve (Kristina); brothers, Jayner Moore, Buddy Shreeve; sister, Bettye Collins; 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, and his fur baby, Snowball.

Sonny is preceded in death by his wife, Alberta B. Shreeve; daughter, Carla Jo Broussard; parents, Lacy A. Shreeve Sr. and Vera C Shreeve; brothers, Charles Gilbert Shreeve, Jackie Lee Shreeve; sisters, Vida Louis Drapper, Lady Evelyn Cook.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at Starks First Baptist Church.
