Lawrence Arnold "Piute" Green, Jr.

Lawrence Arnold “Piute” Green, Jr., 66, passed away Monday, March 9^th in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on October 7, 1953. He was a resident of Moss Bluff, LA, but originally from Maryland. Piute loved hunting, motorcycles, working on vehicles, watching NASCAR, listening to classic rock and spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren. He worked for Piccadilly for about 30 years doing refrigeration and maintenance. He was an absolute joy to have in this life and touched the lives of everyone he met. He was a sweet, gentle, and caring man.

He is survived by his 3 children, Jeremy Green, Kristy Windsor and husband Charles “Jon”, and Casey Green; his 3 grandchildren, Adalyn, Ayven, and Aria Windsor, all of Moss Bluff; his sister, Juanita Green of New Iberia; brother, Sylvester “Buddy” Green of Indiana; sister, Tia Owens and husband Mark of Westlake; along with many loved nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful friends.

He is preceded in death by the love of his life, wife, Mona Green; father, Lawrence Green, Sr.; mother, Mary Jane Green; and brother, Randy Green.

Piute will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

A memorial service will be held at 12:30 PM on Sunday, March 15^th at 1868 Holbrook Park Rd., Sulphur, LA in the pavilion.
