Lewis Glenn Bohanan

Lewis Glenn "Bo" Bohanan, 100, of Lake Charles, LA died at 7:45 AM on Saturday, February 28, 2015 in a local care facility. Mr. Bohanan was born February 25, 1915 in Texas City, TX, lived most of his life in Tomball, TX and moved to Lake Charles around 1991. He enjoyed riding his bike and collecting coins. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends at The Gardens. He will always be remembered as a simple man who lived a simple life. Mr. Bohanan is survived by his granddaughter, Laura Christine Perry of Lake Charles; and nephew, Walter Parker and his wife Fern, along with their seven children. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Hudnall Bohanan and daughter, Mary Etta Perry Jeffords. His graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 6, 2015 at LaMarque Cemetery in LaMarque, TX under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.
