Linda Gayle Laxson

Linda Gayle Laxson, 73, of Sulphur passed away on September 12, 2022, in the comfort of her home.  Linda enjoyed yard work, and cleaning. Linda loved her family and her friends.    

Linda is survived by her daughter, Bridget Thomas and husband, Randy; four grandchildren, Jacque Dupre, Shad Thomas, Blake Thomas, and Zach Thomas; five great grandchildren, Abrien Dupre, Shealynn Thomas, Wesley Thomas, Parker Smith and Morgan Smith; and two sisters, Debra Gould and Missy Castille.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, Dwayne Laxson; her daughter, Dorothy “Dottie” Nell Laxson; two sisters, Cynthia Morse and Ramona Miller; and one brother, Steve Duhon.

A memorial service for Linda will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 2 PM at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home with Brother James McCartney officiating.  The family will receive friends from 12 PM until time of service.  Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
