Lori Priola Reding, 45, of Spring, TX passed away on 8:29 PM on Monday, August 10, 2015 in a care center in The Woodlands, TX. Lori was born on May 8, 1970 in Spring Branch, TX and had resided in Moss Bluff, LA until moving to Spring, TX 25 years ago. While living in Moss Bluff, LA she was a graduate of Sam Houston High School and attended McNeese State University. She was employed by Meryl Lynch in Lake Charles, LA and later in Houston, TX before working in the school system in Spring, TX and Conroe, TX. Lori was of the Baptist Faith Lori enjoyed life to the fullest and will be remembered for her ability to play the piano and also for her creativeness which included scrapbooking and making blankets. She adored her boys and was very involved in their lives especially their baseball activities. She was always active and enjoyed horseback riding and running and participated yearly in the annual Fun Run. Lori was proud to have been crowned Miss Expo in 1989. Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Sean Michael Lyon and Samuel Blake Reding both of Spring, TX; her parents, Yvonne and Tommy Priola and Moss Bluff, LA; a sister, Jodi Harlow(Keith); two nieces, Madison and Morgan Harlow; a nephew, Michael Harlow all of Moss Bluff, LA; three aunts, Becky Abercrombie (Charlie) and Holly Martinez (Sal) all of Spring, TX, and Mary Roup of Westlake, LA; an uncle, Nickey Priola (Carmen) of Longville, LA; and numerous cousins and friends of Spring and Lake Charles. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Nickey and Evie Lea Priola and maternal grandparents, Milton and Evelyn Hebert. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 15, 2015 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Tim Croxdale will officiate. Bural will follow in the Old Ritchie Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and will resume on Saturday from 8:00 AM until the start of the service. The family extends their sincere gratitude to the staff at Regent Care Center in The Woodlands, TX and also to Embracing Hospice for their genuine compassion and support during Lori's battle.
