Louella Lebleu

February 20, 1940 — November 6, 2016

Louella Mary LeBleu Loehr, 76, of LeBleu Settlement passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016 in a local care facility.

Mrs. Loehr was born in Lafayette, LA and raised in Jennings and Stowell, TX where she graduated from East Chambers High School.  She lived most of her life in the Houston and Lake Charles area.  During her younger years, Mrs. Loehr worked in data processing for Coca Cola and Burleson County Courthouse.  She enjoyed the outdoors, flowers, gardening, fishing, hunting, camping and loved taking cruises.  She was an avid reader, enjoyed quilting, cooking for family and friends and taking care of others.  Mrs. Loehr will be most remembered for her kind, generous spirit and her love and devotion to her family, especially, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She was of Catholic faith.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Ernest LeBleu of LeBleu Settlement; one daughter, Jackie Deaton and husband Rusty of Conroe, TX; one son, Danny Ray LeBleu of Conroe, TX; five grandchildren, Josh Deaton and wife April of Wylie, TX, Jacob Deaton and wife Jena of Conroe, TX, Michelle Deaton of Conroe, TX, Melissa Barnes and husband Richard of Tomball, TX and Megan Hare and her husband MSGT USAF, Matt Hare; six great-grandchildren, Collin, Caden, Cameron and Luke Deaton and Nathan and Peyton Hare; and one brother, Jerry Broussard of Indiana.

She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Angela LeBleu; parents, Olive and Sylves Broussard and two sisters, Nita Wright and Betty Wilson.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 09, 2016 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel.  Reverend Mark Stagg will officiate.  Visitation Tuesday will be from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and will continue Wednesday from 8:00 AM until the time of service in the funeral home.
