Louis Leroy "Lee" Kibodeaux, Jr.

Louis Leroy “Lee” Kibodeaux, Jr., 46, of Lake Charles died suddenly on Monday October 3, 2016 in Cameron Parish doing what he loved – fishing.

Lee was a native of Lake Charles, attended LaGrange High School and employed at Turner Industries. He was a big man with an equally big heart, bringing joy, love and laughter to all of those who had the pleasure of knowing him. No one will be able to fill the void that he leaves behind.

Lee was preceded in death by his sister, Monica Kibodeaux. He is survived by his father, Louis L. Kibodeaux, Sr.; mother, Ginger Reeves Kibodeaux; daughter, Kate Savario; grandson, Emery Hamilton; sisters, Veronica Kibodeaux and Darlene Kibodeaux Beard (David); fiancé, Amy Doyle; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family. 

Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, October 7 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation continues on Saturday at 9:00 AM concluding with a funeral service at 4:00 PM at the funeral home. Pastor Greg Cavenah will officiate. Cremation will follow funeral services, with a private family scattering to be at a later date.
