Mabeline Beatrice Debarge

Funeral services for Mrs. Mabeline B. DeBarge, 78, of Sulphur, will be held at 2pm on Friday, February 25, 2011 in Robison Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Sidney Fontenot will officiate. Burial will follow in Mimosa Pines Cemetery, Carlyss. Visitation will begin on Thursday, February 24, 2011, from 3pm " 9pm and resume on Friday, from 8am " until time of services. Mrs. DeBarge passed away on Tuesday, February 22nd in her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was met at the gates of Heaven by her Mother Maude Sonnier and brother-in-law, Lawrence Cooke. Mabeline Beatrice Cloud DeBarge was born on July 13, 1932 in Elizabeth, Louisiana to Maude Sonnier and Joe Cloud. She was married to Daniel DeBarge for 48 years. Together they raised four children, Delta Goolsby, Mary Touchette & husband Adam, Dicky Faux & wife Claudette, Penny Gautreaux and Robin Leteff, all of Sulphur. She was blessed with 11 Grandchildren and 18 Great grandchildren. She also leaves behind one Sister: Dorothy Cooke, Lake Charles. Mrs. DeBarge was a loving wife, mother & grandmother and great grandmother. She attended Light of Life Church.
