Mae Kaitlin Brown peacefully passed from this world into the arms of Jesus on August 4, 2024. Mae was born with her twin brother, Jake Wilson, to Katie and Jesse Brown of Sulphur. Although she was here for a short time, Mae was loved beyond measure.

Mae Kaitlin is survived by her loving parents, Katie and Jesse Brown; older sisters, Korra, Jolee, and Leah; big brother, Evan; twin brother, Jake Wilson Brown; great grandfather, Frank Brown; grandparents , Kerry and Dru Ellender; and Kenny and Patty Brown; aunts and uncles; Brad and Tarin Ellender, Lauri and Kade Flanagan, Emily and Cody Wyatt, Josie and Johnathon Chasson, Jarin and Chelsea Brown; first cousins, Mya, Millie, Bradley, Aubrie, Alyvia, Ellie, Charlotte, Georgia, Ada, Tula, Jules, Connor, Sadie, Tripp, Marshall, Sander, Stratton, and Sutton.

Mae is preceded in death by her great grandparents, Louis P "Neg" and Dru Beglis; Jewell and Kathryn Ellender, AJ and Natalie Hebert, Lynette Morgan;

and first cousin, Tyler Britton Ellender.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 1:30 - 3 pm at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 3 pm at the funeral home with burial to follow at Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Carlyss under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.

The family would like to thank the doctors and medical staff of Lake Charles Memorial Hospital Women-Gauthier Campus, for the exceptional care and compassion for the Brown family.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Holden's Hope Forever (holdenshopeforever.org) to help other grieving families.
