Margaret Ellen Slaydon

Margaret Ellen Slaydon, 77 of Sulphur passed away on March 6, 2016 in a local care center. She was a member of Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church. She enjoyed bowling, fishing and spending time with her family and friends.

Margaret is survived by her two daughters, Sharon Jasper Broussard and Sandra Jasper Tutt and husband Joe; her two sons, Dave Jasper and James Jasper; 14 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; her two brothers, James Harvey Slaydon and wife Blanche and David Walter Slaydon; her two sisters, Ruth Martin and Jeannie Brown; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; James and Marie Slaydon; and her son, Michael Lee Jasper.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 2:30 P.M. at Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church in Sulphur with Father Andrews Kollannoor, M.S. officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 from 10 A.M. with a rosary at 12 noon at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home until time of leaving for the church.
