Margaret Harriett Robards-Lott

Margaret "Queta" Harriett Robards-Lott, 83 of Sulphur passed away on January 1, 2015 in a local hospital. Harriett studied art and literature and enjoyed writing short stories. She was a member of the Sulphur Writing Group. Harriett also did woodworking and art. She was of the Catholic faith. Harriett is survived by her son, Joseph "Butch" Lott, Jr. and wife Jane of Sulphur; two grandchildren, Jessica Lott of Houston, TX and Jaclyn Lott and fiancé Paul Myers both of Port Allen, LA; two sisters, Pat and Eleanor Robards both of Austin, TX; a sister-in-law, Ellen Robards of Lady Lake, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Lott, Sr.; parents, Eugene and Esther Robards, a daughter, Helen "Holly" Lott; 3 brothers, and one sister. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at 3 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Johnny Mounce officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 4, 2015 from 1-3 P.m. at the funeral home with service following visitation. Memorial donations may be made to copdfoundation.org
