Marie Louise Frey Logan

Marie Louise Frey Logan, 71, of Moss Bluff, LA died at 8:35 AM on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 in her residence surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Logan was born February 14, 1943 in Eunice, LA, where she was a graduate of St. Edmunds High School. She was a member of St. Theodore Catholic Church, where she was active with the Altar Society, the Devine Mercy Prayer Group, sang in the choir, and served on the Bereavement Committee. She loved traveling, cooking and spending time with her family, friends, and especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Logan is survived by her loving husband of fifty-four years, Bill Logan; three sons, Bill Logan and wife Tammy of Moss Bluff, Kelly Logan and wife Kristi of Savannah, TX, and Robert McFarland and wife Pam of Wesson, MS; sisters, Marlene Devillier of Ville Platte, LA and Barbara Atkins and husband Fred of Rayne, LA; and six grandchildren, Ethan Logan, Garrett Logan, Alyssa Logan, Katya Logan, Ashley McFarland, and Koy McFarland. She was preceded in death by her son, Francis Xavier Logan and parents, Joseph and Clarise Frey. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at St. Theodore Catholic Church. Monsignor Charles Dubois will officiate. Burial will follow in Westlake Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be at Johnson Funeral Home on Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a rosary at 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue at the church on Saturday from 9:30 AM until the start of the service.
