Marjorie Davis Fuselier

Marjorie Davis Fuselier, 87, of Lake Charles died at 10:00 PM on Thursday, October 14, 2010 in a local hospital.

Mrs. Fuselier was born on March 20, 1923. She was a teacher for Calcasieu Parish for 26 years before retiring.

She was survived by a son, Jamie W. Smyrl and wife Laurie of Charlotte, NC; a daughter, Shannon Marie Fuselier of Lake Charles; and a sister, June Broussard also of Lake Charles.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Quincy Davis and Lydia Genevieve Fontenot; her husband, Letelle Fuselier; and a sister, Elsie Davis Manuel.

Cremation was entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home. The services were held private with Monsignor Harry Greig officiating.
