Mark Randall Ellender

Mark Randall Ellender, 51 of Sulphur passed away on October, 5, 2012 in his residence. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Robison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Shirley officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday at 1 p.m. at Robison Funeral Home before the service. As per his wishes his body will be donated to science. Mark was a native and life-long resident of Sulphur. After graduating from Sulphur High School, he went to work in the oil field. He later worked as a supervisor for Thermal Insulation, now Brook INC. Mark considered this more than just a job; he loved and was loved by all his fellow workers. He loved being with his family and friends, fishing, golf and the Dallas Cowboys. Mark is survived by his wife, Andrea Ellender of Sulphur; two daughters, Tasha McMillen and Shelly Jo Ellender both of Sulphur; parents, Milford and Glenda Ellender of Sulphur; brother, Steve Ellender and wife Ramona of Sulphur; three sisters, Lisa Johnson of Lake Charles, Cheri Manard and husband Rodney and Missy Moss and husband Randy all of Sulphur; and one granddaughter, Claire McMillen of Sulphur. He was preceded in death by his brother, Patrick Ellender and a brother-in-law, Gary Johnson.
