Mary Frances Goss Corbello

Mary Frances Goss Corbello, 84, of Westlake passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 in a local hospital. Mrs. Corbello was born on November 18, 1929. Over the years she worked for Hixson Funeral Home, the American Press, the Pauley Agency, and until her retirement she drove a school bus for the Calcasieu Parish School Board. Known as Mary Frances, Auntie, and Mimi, she is survived by her husband of 66 years, Joe Billy Corbello; daughter, Margaret Atrelle Domingue and husband Hubert; son, Charles Corbello; step sister, Betty Robertson; grandchildren, Mitchell Domingue and wife Paula, Casey Richard and husband Chad, Christina Bradford and husband Tim; and great grandchildren, Shelby Domingue, Tyler Domingue, and Camryn Richard; as well as nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gayle Goss Greenwood; father, Charles Goss; sister, Evelyn Goss McCluskey; step father, Henry Greenwood; and a step brother, Bobby Greenwood. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 13, 2014 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Glenn George will officiate. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the start of the services. Pallbearers will be: Mitchell Domingue, Tyler Domingue, Richard McCluskey, Tim Bradford, Chad Richard, and Gerald Hoffpauir.
