Mary Lois Broussard

Mary Lois Broussard, 77, of Sulphur, passed away on September 6, 2011 in her residence. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 9, 2011 at 11a.m. at Robison Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Johnny Mounce officiating. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery South in Carlyss under the direction of Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 8, 2011 from 3-9p.m. with a rosary at 7p.m. and will resume on Friday at 8a.m. until time of service. Mary was a native and lifelong resident of Sulphur. She was a homemaker. Mary is survived by her two daughters; Joan Provost and husband Patrick and Cindy Couvillion all of Sulphur, two sons; Michael Broussard and Thomas Craig Broussard and wife Tracey all of Sulphur, two sisters; Carmelite Young and husband Donald of Carlyss and Barbara Jean Smith and husband, John of Winnsboro, La, two brothers; A J Abshire of Lake Charles and Glenn Abshire of Sulphur, 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Melvin Joseph Broussard.
