Maurice Alan "T-Boy" Cormier, 52, recently of Plaquemine, LA passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2014. Mr. Cormier was born, raised and educated in Lake Charles and lived thirty years in Denham Springs. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed hunting and fishing and especially loved to ride his Harley. He also enjoyed visiting with friends and family and was always looking forward to his next visit from his children and grandchildren. Mr. Cormier will be most remembered for loving life and living it! He leaves to honor his memory, one son, Jerimiah Cormier and fiancé Michaela; one daughter, Amanda Bergeron Pappillion and husband Glen and five grandchildren, Talon Cormier, Jayda Chauffe and Cobee, Aubree and Coree Pappillion, all of Lake Charles. He also leaves four sisters, Lena Turner, Barbara Keene, Bridgette Dronette and husband Doug and Madeana Irvine; one brother, Arthur Cormier; lifelong friend, Mike Chauffe and former wife and mother of his children, Sharen Thibodeaux. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Priscilla H. Cormier and two sisters, Sandra Young and Bambi Cooke. Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM Wednesday, June 04, 2014 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Glenn Massey will officiate. Visitation Wednesday will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service in the funeral home.
