Maxine Clarice Harger

Maxine Clarice Blake Harger, 85 of Sulphur, passed away on February 4, 2012 in her residence. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 6 p.m. in Robison Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brian Bo Harger officiating. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. in Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, Mississippi. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 from 11 a.m. until time of service. Maxine was a native of Lawhon, LA and a longtime Sulphur resident. She worked in the family business, Blake Building Materials for many years before retiring in 2009. Maxine is survived by her husband, Marvin Harger of Sulphur; two sons, Brian Bo Harger and wife, Mavis, and Mark Harger; sister, Jenny Sellers and husband, Bill; and brother, Nick Blake, and wife, Linda all of Sulphur, 9 grandchildren, Keith, Christi, Shane, Shawn, Jacob, Joshua,, Leighanna, Drew and Madison, and 11 great grandchildren, Blake, Hannah, Savannah, Alex, Kayla, Alyssa, Logan, Nathan, Ethan, Emily and Grayson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Ora Blake; and a brother, Larry Blake.
