Melba Jean Logue

Melba Jean Logue, 85 of Sulphur passed away on July 22, 2012 in a local care center. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Carlyss, LA under the direction of Robison Funeral Home with Deacon Johnny Mounce officiating. Melba was native of Raceland, LA and a long-time Sulphur resident. She attended Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church, was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and really enjoyed playing bingo. Melba is survived by her three sons, Lester Logue, Rodney Logue and Bernell Logue all of Sulphur; daughter, Lena Vincent of AL; two sisters, Clara Bergeron of New Iberia and Virginia Ronsonet and husband Midas of Baldwin, LA; 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Logue.
