Michael Crews

Michael Walter Crews, 71, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on November 3, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer.  

He was born and raised in Folkston, Georgia. He graduated from Charlton County High School in 1971. He worked in the Oilfield Industry for over 40 years. Michael married Brenda Richard of Lake Charles, Louisiana, they were married for 29 years and worked together to spread the gospel. Michael had a big heart always there to help those in need.  

He is survived by his wife Brenda Crews, daughters Lisa Hollingworth, Autumn Shelton, Ashley Crews (Drew), sons Joshua and David Domingue, grandchildren Hannah Hollingsworth, Jackson Shelton, Ethan Crews, Hunter, Tyler and Joshua Jr Domingue, sister-in-law Debbie Richard, brother-in-law Darrell Richard, mother Martha Crews, brothers Eddie (Cheryl), Ronnie (Candice), Walter Jr, Randy (Carl), Merlin (Alice) and sisters Carol Mizell and Belinda Shelton (Delbert), numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and many friends. 

He was loved and will be missed by all.

Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff.
