Michael Dale LeBlanc, 64, of Lake Charles, LA, died at 5:05 PM on Saturday, April 13, 2019 in his residence.

Mr. LeBlanc was born February 8, 1955 in Jennings, LA and has lived in the Lake Charles / Lake Arthur area all of his life. He had a passion for music and began his career playing the drums, which led to him being the lead singer for numerous bands, including Kingdom, Wisdom, Nuff Said, Signature, Gray Wolfe and the Michael Grace Band. He attended Water’s Edge Church and loved to ride his Harley.

Mr. LeBlanc is survived by his sons, Michael LeBlanc, Joshua LeBlanc, and Todd Walker and wife Ali; brothers, Ray LeBlanc and wife Shelly and Allen LeBlanc; grandchildren, Abigail and Isabelle LeBlanc and Austin Walker; and the mother of his children, Brenda LeBlanc Brown; along with numerous others that he loved dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilfred and Helena LeBlanc; and brother, Ronald LeBlanc.

His memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. A gathering of family members and friends will be on Thursday from 2:00 PM until the start of the service.
