Michael Kelley Barremore

Michael Kelley Barremore, 64, died Wednesday, May 4, 2016, in a local hospital.

Mr.  Barremore was born and lived most of his life in Lake Charles.  He graduated from LaGrange Senior High School.  He served his country in the U. S. Air Force from 1972 until 1976 and worked as a truck driver most of his life, retiring in 2010. 

He is survived by his wife, Janet Smith Wolfe-Barremore; one daughter, Kelley Michael Graham and husband Michael of Pontchatoula; stepchildren, Roger Wolfe and Rhonda Wolfe McElroy, both of Lake Charles; two sisters, Susan Lee Holston and husband John, also of Lake Charles and Becky Lynne Barrymore of Clermont, Florida; three grandchildren, Megan McElroy, Jacob and Savannah Graham ; and his beloved dog Junior.

He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Eileen Marie Robertson Barremore, and his father, Matthew Kelley Barremore.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at LeBleu Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.  Reverend Ronnie Estes will officiate.
