Michael Marion Robinson, Jr.

Michael “Mikey” Marion Robinson, Jr., 18, of Sulphur, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2022, in a local hospital.

Mikey was a 2022 Vinton High School graduate, an avid golfer he played on the Varsity Golf team earning his varsity letter as a sophomore. He loved playing video games and watching sports. He was a NASCAR fan with Tony Stewart being his favorite driver. Mikey also enjoyed his pets and spending time with his family. He enjoyed going out to eat at Waffle House. Mikey was extremely smart and was very witty; loving to make others laugh. He will be remembered as a kind and respectful young man.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Michael M. Robinson, Sr. and Vicki Suzanne Robinson of Sulphur; grandmothers, Barbara Robinson of Granbury, TX, and Harriett Hayes of Sulphur; siblings, Brandon and Shelby Robinson of Fallon, NV, Jaimee Jones of Austin, TX, and Cade and Jake Jones of Sulphur. He will also be missed by his nieces and nephews, Conner Jones, Brenna Jones, Haygen Wiley, Mia Johnsrude, and Jack Jones.

A memorial service for Mikey will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at 12 PM at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home in Sulphur.  The family will receive friends from 9 AM until the memorial service begins.
