Michael "Mickey" Allan Delucca

Michael Allan “Mickey” DeLucca, 65 of Baton Rouge, LA passed away on January 20, 2021.

He was born January 12^th, 1956 in Lake Charles to Kay and Manuel DeLucca. It was his love of Putt Putt Golf as a teen that led him to Donna, who later became his wife.

After graduating, Class of 1974 from LaGrange High School, he enlisted in the United States Air Force, serving four years and receiving an honorable discharge. After returning home he enrolled to McNeese State University where he earned a Masters Degree in Statistics.

In 1989 he and his family relocated to Fairfax, VA where Mickey was employed at the Pentagon for five years. In 1994 he began traveling the country as a computer software consultant, until medically retiring in 2018.

He was welcomed into Heaven by his parents.

Those left to cherish his memory’; his wife of 30 years, Donna DeLucca; his children, Michael Justin DeLucca and Kenith Bryant DeLucca; grandchildren, Isabella Marie DeLucca and Jillian Eve DeLucca; a great grandchild, Leo Alexander Zeringue; his siblings; George Anthony “Tony” DeLucca, Julianna Collins, Victoria Bradford, and Georgiana Payne.

The family will welcome friends at University Baptist Church on Friday, January 22, 2021 beginning at 5pm to 7pm. Visitation will resume Saturday, January 23 at 1pm until time of service. A funeral service will begin at 3pm, led by Pastor Donovan Hill. He will be laid to rest at Sallier Cemetery.
