Michael Oquain

Michael Shane O’Quain, 65, of Sulphur, LA passed away on May 12, 2022, in a local care facility. Michael was born in Sulphur, LA to Jarsen and Lula- Mae O’Quain.

Michael loved the Lord and reading his Bible. Michael was also very proud to serve in the Marine Corps for his country.

Those left to cherish his memory are his brothers, Larry O’Quain, Matthew O’Quain, Wendall O’Quain, Gary O’Quain, and Mark O’Quain; three sisters, Kay Bergstedt, Glenda Roy, and Holly Jones. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jarsen and Lula Mae O’Quain; sisters, Aline Thibodeaux and Valentina LeJeune.

Visitation will be 11am until 2 PM with funeral services at 2 PM at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.   Burial will be at 11AM, Tuesday, May 31, 2022, in Southwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery located at 1620 Evangeline Rd., Jennings, LA.
