Michele Lynn Wilkerson

Michele Lynn Wilkerson was born October 13, 1973 in Ohio. “Flutter by Butterfly” could describe Michele perfectly, she had a vibrant and dazzling personality, full of richness from the love she had for her children.

Nothing brought her more joy than to spend time with her children, like a butterfly carefully tends to the flowers, she ensured her children’s lives were full of joy, laughter, and memories. As she was loving and proud of her children, she was overjoyed when she became a grandmother. Sharing the love with them, as she did with her children. She loved to travel, singing each song that played on her favorite music station, only stopping to purchase her favorite scented candle from Buc-ee’s. She loved to shop; every new outfit perfectly designed around a favorite pair of heels or a new pair she was adding to her collection.

She was welcomed into Heaven on August 24, 2021 by her parents, Robert Michael and Linda Sue Gaut.
Those left to cherish her kindred spirit and memory; her children, Mercedes (Anthony) Grafton, Zackery Wilkerson, Jaden Wilkerson, Tavenne Wilkerson and Andrew Scott; a sister, Amber Richards; grandchildren, Novah and Genevieve; a friend who was family, Vicki McDaniel.
Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral, with a private celebration of her life to be held at a later date.
