Mitchell Kyle LeBlanc, 51, of Sulphur passed away on September 26, 2018. Mitch was a member of the Cajun French Music Association. He loved going to festivals and bingo. Mitch was very sociable and loved his family and friends. He also enjoyed participating in the Special Olympic games and also helping out with various events. Mitch was in the Sulphur High School Choir for many years.
Those left to cherish Mitch’s memory are his parents, James “Bert” and Janis LeBlanc; his brother, Dominique LeBlanc and his wife Rashonda; three nieces, Alexis Mouton, Kaitlyn LeBlanc and Anna Taylor; two nephews, Nicalas LeBlanc and Kayden Taylor; a nephew at heart, Noah Bird; various cousins; and one aunt, Ruby LeBlanc. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mitchell and Laura O’Quain and Ignace and Edith LeBlanc.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 2 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Patrick Lapointe officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 4-8 P.M. with a rosary at 6:30 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral with visitation continuing on Sunday, September 30 at 12 P.M. until time of service.
