Morris John Millet

Morris MO Millet, 76, of Lake Charles passes away on Tuesday, February 05, 2013 at Rosewood Nursing and Rehab Facility.

Mr. Millet was an Alumni of Catholic High School graduating class of 1954 in Baton Rouge. He played Minor League Baseball with the New York Yankees. Mr. Millet served as a Specialist 5 (T) in the US Army Reserve for four years.

He is survived by his daughter, Andrea Millet Coghlan; son-in-law, Ben Coghlan; and a granddaughter, Madison all of Denham Springs; a brother, Raymond Millet of Baker; and his wonderful friends and neighbors of Hodges Street in Lake Charles.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Juanita Millet; a brother, Norris Millet; and a sister, Marie Cambre.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Cremation was entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
