Nancy Ann Moss

Nancy Ann Neely Moss, 70, of Lake Charles, LA died on Friday, December 12, 2014. Nancy was born on August 24, 1944 in Lake Charles, LA to Howard and Margaret Neely. She loved collecting antique furniture, antique jewelry, and being around family and friends. She was a very caring and kind hearted person. She was a teacher for 32 years at Westwood Elementary in Westlake, LA. She belonged to the Calcasieu Historical Preservation Society and served as president in 2012 and 2013. She was also a member of the Pelican Coast Parrot Head Club. She is survived by one sister, Nina Neely Brock of Lake Charles, LA; one niece, Heather Brock LeJeune and husband Shannon LeJeune of Lake Charles, LA; three great nephews, Cody Brock, Dustin LeJeune, and Brandon LeJeune; two great nieces, Amber LeJeune and Katy LeJeune; one great- great niece, Gemma Jackson; loving friends, William Coltrin of Lake Charles, LA and Alvin J. Smith of Lake Charles, LA; Ella and Ziggy Conrad of Lake Charles, LA. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Noel Vincent Moss; and her parents. Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 17, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Visitation will resume Thursday, December 18, 2014 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Cremation will be entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home after funeral services. Monsignor Charles Dubois will officiate services.
