Nicholas Joseph "Nick" Tramonte 73, of Lake Charles, LA started his new life in Heaven on Wednesday, September 11, 2013. Mr. Tramonte was born August 7, 1940 in Lake Charles, LA where he has lived all his life. He was a 1958 graduate of Landry Memorial High School, and later served his country in the U.S. Navy. He is a retired member of the local IBEW 861 and original owner of Triangle Electric from 1972 to 1998. He was a member of St. Margaret's Catholic Church and recently became a member of St. Theodore Catholic Church in Moss Bluff. He will be remembered for his generosity, his helping hand and his kindness. His greatest times were those shared with his family. Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 50 years , Dell Faye Greenlee Tramonte; children, Kelly Billeaudeaux and husband Kirk of Welsh, LA, Beth Land and husband David of Katy, TX, Tony Tramonte and wife Kristi of Sulphur, LA, Michelle Tramonte of Lake Charles, LA; grandchildren, Kade Billeaudeaux, Katie Billeaudeaux, Kole Billeaudeaux, Haleigh Land, Alex Land, Nick Tramonte, Bryce Tramonte and Gabby Tramonte; soon to be great grandchild Cruz Tramonte; Brother Vito "VA" Tramonte of Carlyss, LA; Sisters, Mary Ann Valenti of San Jose, CA and Antoinette Wilkinson of Lacassine, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Frances Tramonte. Funeral services will be at 1:30 PM Sunday, September 15, 2013 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Father Scott DesOrmeaux will officiate. Interment will follow in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation Saturday will be from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a scripture service and Cursillo rosary beginning at 7:00 PM. Visitation Sunday will be from 8:00 AM until the time of service in the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Kade Billeaudeaux, David Land, Nick Tramonte, Sam Fontenot, Andy Garrett, Byron Braquet and Kole Billeaudeaux The family wishes to express a special thank you to Daniel & Liz with Harbor Hospice, Dr. Torres with the VA clinic and staff for all their amazing compassion and care as well as all the prayers and support from friends and family through this difficult time.
