Orville George Alexander, Jr.

Orville George Alexander, Jr., 64, of Lake Charles, died Tuesday November 20, 2012 at his residence.

Orville was born in Opelousas, Louisiana to Orville George Alexander, Sr. ad Odeal Bazar Alexander. He was an interior designer, having worked with prestigious clients, manufacturers, dealers and designers for nearly twenty years. He studied Oriental and European antique buying

Those left to honor and cherish his memory are two brothers, Kenneth P. Alexander and Timothy Alexander, Lake Charles; two sisters, Carolyn Palmore and husband John of Richmond, Virginia and Judith Edwards and husband Andrew of Spring, Texas; two nieces, Cindy Cisneros and Julia Collins, both of Houston, Texas; and six nephews, Kenneth Alexander, Jr, Jason Alexander, Michael Alexander, Matthew Alexander, Alan LaFleur, and Jonathan Palmore.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday November 23, 2012 and from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM Saturday at Johnson Funeral Home with a Rosary and scripture service being held at 6:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be observed at 10:00 AM Saturday at St. Margaret Catholic Church with Father Bill Miller officiating. Burial will be at Consolata Cemetery.
