Pam Thibodeaux

July 3, 1965 — March 22, 2024

Pamela Ann Youngblood Thibodeaux, 58, of Carlyss died March 22, 2024. She was born in Sulphur in 1965 to Lee Boyd (Bo) Youngblood and Betty Ann Meche Youngblood. Pam graduated from Sulphur High School and attended McNeese State University and worked in the medical field.
Pam’s life was one filled with love for her family and friends. It was her nature to listen with empathy and compassion. This gift made for meaningful and enduring friendships throughout her life. Collecting crystals and gemstones was one of her passions along with reading and music.
Pam and Wendell created an idyllic home that enabled them to live surrounded by nature, away from the city, in the country, with a pond filled with fish, flowers, plants, trees wildlife and tranquility. Some of her favorite things to do was to sit on the front porch and enjoy the views, watch people fishing and take walks around the pond.

Pam had a soft spot for animals, especially horses since she was a child. She was always surrounded by rescue dogs and cats. Pam will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her including her beloved pets, dogs Sassy and Jody; cats Tigger, Tegeaux and Daisy and her friend the parrot Rocky.
Pam’s vision was “Instead of focusing on a TO DO List, I’m starting a TO BE List. To be: Happy, Calm, Loving, Healthy, Awesome
