Patricia Cloud Irion

Patricia Cloud Irion, 86, of Lake Charles died Thursday May 24, 2012 at a local care center.

She was born April 1, 1926 in Sullivan, Indiana and lived in Lake Charles for most of her life. She was a retired secretary for McNeese placement, now called Career Services.

Survivors include four children, Rock Cloud, Christine Fisette, Catherine Harrison, and Cammie Doyle; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; twin sister, Linda Smithheart; and brother, Eddie Schoen.

At her request, there will be no visitation or funeral services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made to CARC, 4100 J. Bennett Johnston Ave., Lake Charles, LA 70615 or to Abraham's Tent, 2300 Fruge St., Lake Charles, LA 70615.
