Patricia Hoffpauir

Patricia Jo Hoffpauir, 87, of Lake Charles passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018 in her residence. Mrs. Hoffpauir was born in Ponca City, OK, and attended Ponca City High School. She was married to Clinton George Hoffpauir, Jr., for 56 years. She was a dedicated homemaker. Mrs. Hoffpauir was a devout Christian and a member of Bible Missionary Church. She loved to sew, cook, and spend time with her family and dog, Espy.  She is survived by her two sons, Joe David Hoffpauir and wife Karla of Beaumont, TX and Kenneth Brian Hoffpauir and wife Judy of Nederland, TX; and daughter-in-law, Diane Hoffpauir-Peacock and husband, Dean of Beaumont, TX; one sister, Pauline Gelino of Shawnee, OK; four grandchildren, Melissa, Matthew and fiancee’ Charkarol August, Abby, and Brian Hoffpauir; three great-grandchildren, Aeirllynn, Novella, and Avalon Hoffpauir; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Clinton George Hoffpauir, Jr.; son, Thomas Clinton Hoffpauir, Jr.; and parents, Howard James and Tommie Naomi Thomas. Funeral services will be at 11am, Wednesday, June 13, 2018 in the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home. Reverend Lyndell Day will officiate. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 12, from 5pm to 8pm. The family would like to thank Dr. Michael Bergeron and staff for their guidance and support during this difficult time.
