Patricia Jean Baty

Patricia Jean Baty, 81,of Sulphur, passed away on August 6, 2011, in a local hospital. Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at 10a.m. at Robison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sidney Fontenot officiating. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines South Cemetery in Carlyss under the direction of Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 8, 2011 from 4-9p.m. in the funeral home and will resume on Tuesday at 8a.m. until time of service. Patricia was a native of Paris, TX, and a longtime Sulphur resident. She worked for Pinkerton in Paris, TX. Upon coming to Sulphur she was a part of The Choupique Ranch where she enjoyed cooking for the cowhands. She later worked as a secretary at Orange Rice Milling Co. Patricia was also a nanny in Houston, TX. After returning from Houston, she worked at Faith Temple Day Care and The Sonshine Shop. She was a member of Faith Temple Church. Patricia is survived by her four daughters, Karen Cain and husband, Lewis and Babs Baty all of Sulphur, Jerrie Burgess and husband, Jr. of Singer, LA, and Judie Kramer and husband, Tony of Sulphur, two sons, Burton Earl Buddy Baty and Edward Buryl Baty and wife, Janice all of Sulphur, sister, Sue Granger of Sulphur, brother, Don Campbell and wife, Rachel of Tyler, TX, 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Ellie Pearl Campbell and the love of her life, Edward J. Stine.
