Patricia Jenkins Palmer

Patricia Jenkins Palmer, 66 of Lake Charles, LA died Sunday, April 26, 2015 in a local hospital surrounded by her loving family. Patricia was born on February 2, 1949 in Alcoa, TN to Delozier "D.H" and Dorothy Jenkins. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, and traveling. She is survived by her two children, Shannon Todd Palmer of Atlanta, GA and Tammy Palmer- Edwards and husband Billy of Lake Charles, LA; two grandchildren, Taylor and William Reed Edwards of Lake Charles, LA; mother, Dorothy Jenkins of Alcoa, TN; and three aunts, Helen Hutsell, Eleanor Harrill, and Wilma Allison. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 41 years, James Reed Palmer; and her father, DH Jenkins. Cremation is entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home. Burial of cremated remains will be interred at Grandview Cemetery in Maryville, TN by the family.
