Patricia "Pat" Shuff

Patricia Shirley Carrier Shuff, 72, of Lake Charles, LA, died at 9:31 AM on Monday, July 1, 2019.

Mrs. Shuff was born October 7, 1946 in Oberlin, LA, where she graduated from Oberlin High School.  She has lived in Lake Charles for the past fifty-four years and was raised in the Catholic faith.  She was devoted to her family and will be missed.

Mrs. Shuff is survived by her husband of fifty-four years, Burchman Shuff; daughter, Alicia Shuff of Lake Charles; sons, Kirk Shuff of Iowa and Todd Shuff and wife Edye of Lake Charles; sister, Barbara Mitchell of Newton, TX; grandchildren, Olivia Stutes, Riley Stutes and Arielle Shuff; and great-grandchild, Austin.

Her funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 5, 2019 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel.  Father Matthew Cormier and Deacon Joseph Caraway will officiate.  Burial will follow in Consolata Cemetery.  Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 AM until the start of the service.
