Patsy Ann Nelson

Patsy Ann Nelson, 90, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2011.

She is survived by two sons, Billy Joe Polk and wife, Dana of Oil City, La. and Lattie Polk and wife Martha of Sulphur; one sister, Opal Crochet of Beaumont, TX; 7 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 14 great -great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Nelson; daughter, Tiny Rosaleta Culpepper; sister, Lola Hall; brother, Eldon Murphy; one grandchild, Derri Polk.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 4PM at Johnson Funeral Home. Rev. Kent Brabham. Visitation will begin Saturday from 2PM until time of service. Cremation is entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
